Lynda Slayen

Lynda Slayen has worked with fused glass for over 16 years and has her own studio in Bethesda Maryland where she has taught fused glass for over 10 years. She has also taught fused glass at various private schools in the Washington DC Area and serves on the board of James Renwick Alliance which promotes craft arts around the world.

Her pieces are often whimsical, and have been shown in many venues in the Washington DC area and several local boutiques sell her glass. She enjoys various art forms including mixed media, wire, watercolors with pencil, and fantasy boxes.
